What we collect
When you submit the audit-request form or the lead-magnet email-gate, we collect: name, business email, company, site URL, the values you select for organic-traffic band / primary problem / budget band, and any message you include.
When you visit any page, we collect anonymous analytics via GA4 (Google Analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session replay + heatmaps), and Bing UET (ads conversion). These tools may set cookies.
How we use it
- Form submissions: Sent via Brevo transactional email to our inbox ([email protected]). Used solely to reply to your inquiry.
- Lead-magnet emails: Added to a Brevo nurture list. We send the requested download link, plus occasional follow-up emails with related technical SEO content. Reply to opt out anytime.
- Analytics: Aggregated traffic patterns, page performance, and ad-conversion attribution. Not used for ad retargeting outside of Bing UET conversions.
What we don't do
- Share, sell, or rent your information to third parties.
- Send unsolicited marketing emails (everything is request-based or transactional).
- Use cookies for any purpose other than analytics + session replay.
Your rights
