Engagement scope
Each engagement is defined by a written scope-of-work document delivered before kickoff. The scope lists deliverables, timeline, and price. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.
Deliverables & IP
You retain full ownership of all deliverables (audit documents, fix lists, code suggestions, schema markup, redirect maps) once payment is complete. technicalseo.world retains the right to anonymize and reuse general methodology and insights for future case studies and content.
Payment
Audits: 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. Recovery engagements: 50% on kickoff, 50% on day 30. Retainers: monthly in advance.
Confidentiality
All client data (GSC exports, server logs, internal documents) is treated as confidential. NDAs available on request before kickoff. Case studies published only with explicit written permission.
No guarantee of rankings
technicalseo.world does not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic increase, or revenue outcome. Anyone who guarantees Google rankings is misrepresenting how Google works.
Liability
Total liability is capped at the engagement fee. technicalseo.world is not liable for indirect, consequential, or revenue-related damages arising from implementing (or not implementing) audit recommendations.
